Manager, Income Tax (Partnership Focus)

Job Summary: Manage federal and state income tax projects with a strong focus on partnership income tax. Oversee compliance for multiple joint venture tax partnerships. Handle special projects including tax restructuring, due diligence, transactional analysis, modeling, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactions.
