Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a formal intake and review process for all initiatives impacting Protected Data or regulated operations.

• Enforce compliance gating to ensure no integration, system change, or operational activity proceeds without required approvals.

• Ensure all integration activities align with the approved Integration Plan and do not proceed prior to CMA non-objection where required (NSA Article Maintain a centralized integration and change register with clear tracking of status, approvals, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional reviews across IT, product, legal, supply chain, and services teams.
