Manager – Interior Design

Job Purpose:
This role should have a strong design sensibility, leadership acumen and hands-on experience managing high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects. This role requires someone who can guide a team of 8–10 designers, uphold design quality, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the interior design team from concept to execution across multiple luxury interior projects.
Review, refine, and approve design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
Work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand briefs and ensure design intent is maintained.
Supervise detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with technical and project teams.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Provide mentorship, performance management, and skill development for team members.
