MANAGER INTERIOR DESIGNER MANAGER FOR STORE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

Job Purpose: As a Team Leader of Interior Designer responsible for the highest level of Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity with highest level of performance, able to work well under pressure to meet all the project timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design & Concept Development

• Develop store concept designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentation decks.
• Propose innovative design solutions for new and renovation projects.

2. Technical & Layout Planning

• Produce detailed layout plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements.
• Coordinate M&E placement (lighting, power load, air-conditioning).
• Optimize shelving layout for maximum SKU display and flow efficiency.
  Full-time Engineering
