Manager Inventory Planning

• Develop and implement inventory control processes to optimize stock levels across retail stores and warehouses ensure timely replenishment, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations
• Analyze sales patterns and inventory turnover to make data-driven decisions on stock allocation and replenishment strategies
• Oversee inter-store transfers to balance stock levels across different locations based on sales performance, demand and store needs ensuring that retail stores are stocked according to sales forecasts and promotional activities
• Work closely with the retail operations, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of inventory activities
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to align inventory levels with product launches, seasonal demands and marketing campaigns
• Provide regular reports on stock levels, inventory turnover and replenishment effectiveness to Line Manager
