Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard leading brands (retail, F&B, lifestyle, healthcare, education, etc.)
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the commercial value of projects
• Structure and negotiate leasing/commercial agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, franchise operators, and investors
• Conduct market research to identify trending and high-demand brands
