Opportunity Description
As a Learning and Development (L&D) partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping MSD’s high-performing workforce. You are expected to engage and collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders to drive performance, growth and capability development. A key aspect of your role will be partnering with Divisions to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, identifying skills gaps and learning requirements to develop targeted solutions that address their specific needs. These responsibilities include developing, implementing, and reviewing competency frameworks and training roadmaps, as well as designing and implementing L&D strategies, plans, and policies.
