Manager Learning Operations and Engagement

Find your further with Ventia in this new Manager Learning Operations & Engagement role based in West End QLD (applications from Sydney and Auckland will be considered).

The role operates as second in charge, overseeing daily operations and ensuring delivery of the 12-month learning pipeline, including coordination across Australia and New Zealand. You will act as the primary point of contact and decision maker for learning work which includes disciplined delivery, determining what proceeds and when, managing escalations and delivery of reliable high-quality outcomes for enterprise.
