Manager, Marketing & Sales

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role is responsible for leading the organization’s marketing, sales, and revenue‑generating efforts in support of program participation, social enterprise growth, and fundraising success.

This is a hands‑on manager role that balances strategic leadership with day‑to‑day execution. You will develop integrated marketing and sales strategies while also driving their implementation, leading campaigns, outreach, and relationship development to achieve measurable results.

You will lead the Marketing and Communications team consisting of a Graphic Design Coordinator and a Marketing & Communications Coordinator and work in close collaboration with the Senior Development Officer, Manager of Events, Resource and Program Manager, and Program Lead to ensure aligned, effective, and coordinated efforts across the organization.
