Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance
Oversee facility operations across multiple sites.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical utilities and infrastructure.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Monitor asset maintenance schedules, service contracts, and warranties.
Safety, Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
