SUMMARY

The Network Manager for Network Refresh leads the lifecycle management of UT Southwestern’s enterprise network infrastructure across clinical, research, and academic environments. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of the network by proactively planning and executing hardware and software refresh initiatives aligned with vendor end-of-life and end-of-support timelines. This position is responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for network modernization, including the identification, prioritization, and replacement of aging infrastructure such as campus switching, wireless systems, core routing, and associated network services. The role partners closely with engineering, architecture, and operational teams to deliver upgrades that minimize risk and maintain continuity of mission-critical services.
