Job Overview
The Operations Manager at Upper Canada Mall will oversee the ongoing maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as all physical aspects of the two retail facilities. The role supports real‑estate management, tenant and capital construction build‑outs, and various Oxford national initiatives. The manager will also be involved with development activities as required.

- Managing operating costs by developing the annual operating budget, monthly accruals, and quarterly forecasts.
- Managing third‑party contract relationships for performance, invoice accuracy, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
- Conducting regular building inspections and supervising preventative maintenance programs, identifying cost‑effective solutions.
