Manager Planning MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning MEP for high‑rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, technical coordination and resource planning for large‑scale MEP works across high‑rise developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high‑rise building projects.
• Develop, monitor and update project schedules, work programs and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure project timelines are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support technical coordination between MEP, architectural and structural disciplines.
• Review BIM models, Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for planning and coordination purposes. <...
