Key Responsibilities Portfolio engagement: Partner closely with all Fund portfolio companies to drive value in line with overall investment strategy and return objectives. Cultivate and manage founder relationships to enable strategic alignment and business outcomes. Support follow-on investment decisions and ensure companies are well-positioned for subsequent capital raises. Portfolio oversight: Actively drive portfolio performance against investment theses, milestones, and ROI outcomes. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and documentation standards across the portfolio. Contribute actively towards the overall fund level strategy.
