• Lead and own the design and creation of procurement reports based on business needs.
• Build a comprehensive, reliable, and timely ProcurementBowler report.
• Support commodity teams in market analytics and price forecasting.
• Collaborate with the systems team to implement standard tools for metrics reporting (e.g., Oracle, Sigma, etc.).
• Ensure Source‑to‑Requisition GBS Analytics team delivers high‑quality reports and analytics output to all stakeholders.
• Meet agreed turnaround times for all deliverables.
• Ensure each team member has an individual development plan to grow in their career and capabilities.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and manpower for reporting, analytics, and operational support to meet all procurement needs.
