Within your team, your essential role will be:

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards.
• Ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards.
• Hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy.
• Supervise the work team, see to their training and evaluate them.
• Plan the budget for the pharmacy.

Hours

35 hours or more per week.
