Liaison with External Parties and Coordinate with Respective Vendors Customer Forwarder CarrierCHA
Coordinate with Overseas Suppliers pertaining to our orders status

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments

Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Shipment management, transportation and coordination

Ensuring seamless execution of import export transactions, by keeping close monitor with DGFT other government departments related to import export circular notification.

Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
