QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing leadership role within commercial automotive manufacturing sector.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and complex contract management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with key clients, attend industry trade shows, and manage the dealer network.

TASKS:

• Drive the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets for all commercial vehicle categories.
• Manage, support, and expand the authorized dealer and distributor network performance.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities tailored for the commercial vehicle buyer.
