Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and people-focused Sales Force Effectiveness, Manager to join our Value Management & Sales Operations team. This role plays a critical part in elevating sales performance by strengthening capabilities, embedding best‑class sales practices, and driving a high‑performance culture across our sales organisation and distributor network.
