We are looking for a driven, analytical, and people‑focused Sales Force Effectiveness, Manager to join our Value Management & Sales Operations team. This role plays a critical part in elevating sales performance by strengthening capabilities, embedding best‑in‑class sales practices, and driving a high‑performance culture across our sales organisation and distributor network. What you’ll be doing
- Drive overall sales force effectiveness (SFE) by tracking performance, analysing KPIs, and identifying actionable insights
- Lead the design and execution of the Sales Academy, including capability‑building programmes for internal and distributor sales teams
- Act as a Master Trainer, delivering training and embedding professional selling skills through coaching and on‑the‑job development
