Job Description:
PURPOSE OF JOB: The Manager of Security Operations will be directly responsible to the Security Director. It is the responsibility of the Manager to assist in maintaining a safe, secure environment for Patients, Visitors, Associates, Volunteers, and Medical Staff and to enhance communication and provide immediate response to facility needs. The Manager, through the Shift Supervisors, will assist in providing supervision and leadership of the Security Department and will assist in overseeing the Environmental safety of the Hospital, and as needed, the Doylestown Health Physician and Outpatient offices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Knowledge of Security Regulatory Code, including, but not limited to: NFPA, DOH, Joint Commission, OSHA
