Manager Service Delivery Overview of Position
The Service Delivery Manager role oversees the operations of satellite connectivity services and related technical support to customers, ensuring specific performance objectives are met in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Service Quality, Billing Timeliness, and Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control activities of employees and contractors related to the delivery and support of satellite connectivity services.
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, management, staff, contractors, and vendors concerning delivery and support under one or more work orders.
- Provide first point of escalation for issue or conflict resolution between the company and customers and further escalation to management as needed.
