SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Manager in Silicon Process Integration to lead the development, enablement, qualification, and transfer of advanced silicon technologies. This role is central to driving process integration excellence and ensuring robust technologies that support Qorvo’s product development and manufacturing roadmap. The ideal candidate is a strong silicon technologist with deep expertise in process integration, capable of leading complex technical initiatives and managing critical engineering issues from concept through high-volume manufacturing. This individual will work closely with foundry partners and internal cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges, support product execution, and ensure successful technology deployment throughout the full lifecycle.
