- Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and work sequences
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and construction quality
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures
- Review construction drawings, technical documents, and method statements
- Resolve technical and site issues promptly Control project costs, materials, and resource utilization
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Prepare project reports and updates for management
- Ensure works are completed according to approved specifications and deadlines
- Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site staff
