Calico, Blagden Hospitality's bustling urban backyard, tucked away in Blagden Alley, is looking for a FOH manager to join the team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional who demonstrates strong leadership, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Area Manager and offers ongoing support and a clear path for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of the front of house employees on a daily basis, ensuring policies and processes are being followed and inspecting operational flow on a continuous basis;
