Manager, Wind Construction (Electrical Balance of Plant)

Job Summary: This site‑based role oversees and monitors all Electrical Balance of Plant (BOP) construction activities for a utility‑scale wind farm project. Responsibilities include supervising cabling, substations, and transmission line works; coordinating with contractors, utilities, and grid operators; managing QA/QC processes; and supporting contract, schedule, risk, and safety management to ensure delivery according to project specifications, standards, and timelines. Willingness to be site‑based in Rizal or Quezon Province is required.
