Manager/Senior Manager, Leasing

To ensure optimal asset occupancy in line with financial targets so to meet portfolio level goals.

• Identify prospective tenants and conduct site inspections
• Review all leasing proposals before making recommendation to Head of Department, ensuring that financial and occupancy targets are met.
• Lead all negotiations for new/renewal leases and licenses (office/retail) in the asset
• Oversee preparation of all lease documents and work closely with lease admin team to close out the transaction in accordance with SOPs.
• Enter all leasing deals and proposals into lease management system (Yardi) and submit for management’s approval in accordance with SOPs.
• Build and maintain relationship with tenants, soliciting regular feedback for improvement
• Conducting market research as and when necessary to ensure asset remains competitive in terms of rental and non-financial terms.
