In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, delivering tailored solutions, actionable insights, and exceptional service to plan sponsors and administrators. Responsibilities

Set strategic consulting plans for client relationships. Identify cross‑sell opportunities that add value for clients. Review plan performance and client files to understand the claims experience. Prepare market specifications using internal and external quoting systems. Analyze data and multiple carrier proposals, prepare cost comparisons, facilitate finalist presentations, and recommend the best option for the client.
