This executive role is a key member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and profitability of the international business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision: Formulate and communicate the vision and strategy for the international business, ensuring future market relevance .

Business Operations: Manage the business as a whole, including business planning, budgeting, and resourcing for client servicing, investment administration, and product sales teams .

Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with the Bermuda Monetary Authority and build mutually beneficial internal and external stakeholder networks .
