Managing Director, Private Equity - Software

The opportunity The Managing Director will be working with investment professionals with deep sector and regional expertise and will play a key role in making and managing direct investments in the Technology sector.

Who you'll work with Reporting to the Senior Managing Director (SMD), the Managing Director will lead deal teams comprising analysts, associates and principals, supported by third party consultants, operating executives, legal and accounting professionals dedicated to each particular investment.

The individual will have significant prior expertise and a strong track record investing in Technology, particularly in Software with knowledge of emerging AI and digitization themes. Key focus areas include Application software, Infrastructure software, Digital & IT Services and other Tech-enabled categories.
