Job Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and business operations of the Singapore local entity.

Responsibilities

• Management & Operations : Lead and oversee the overall management and daily operations of the Singapore entity.
• Strategy Planning & Execution : Develop and execute operational and business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Business Development : Drive business development by building strong relationships with local developers, partners, and relevant authorities to secure projects.
• Represent the organization in key external engagements and industry networks.
• Coordination with Overseas HQ : Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters to ensure alignment and report on business performance.
• Monitor operational performance, governance, and compliance with local regulations.
