• Order Processing for All Orders (Manual, EDI, VMR/ VMI)
• Order Acknowledgment & Order Status Reporting
• Credit Check & Release – Alert & Monitoring
• Stock allocation/ Quantity Modification in the SO
• Customer-specific label requirement check and escalate on gaps
