Manufacturing Engineer

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Archbald, PA for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role focuses on circuit card assembly (CCA) manufacturing, supporting production processes across SMT and through-hole technologies while driving process improvements, quality, and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field


• Experience with circuit card assembly (CCA) manufacturing


• Experience with both plated-through-hole (PTH) and surface mount technology (SMT) processes


• Experience with manufacturing engineering tasks (internship, projects, or professional experience)


• Knowledge of production processes including component forming, pick-and-place, solder printing, hand soldering, wave/selective soldering, and conformal coating


• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
