Key Responsibilities: Experience working with cross functional team i.e methods, tooling, NC / CMM programming , Quality & Design team. Aware about troubleshooting or resolving the NC raised buy the Quality. Good knowledge on the Pre NC, NC & Post NC operations, special process used in Aerospace industries. Work closely with the design team to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability. Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development. Define a detailed process flow for assigned part numbers, including determining manufacturing processes, resources, bottlenecks, risks, and capacity calculation. Working according to the Product Realization Procedure and the Manufacturing Engineering Change Management Procedure.
