The Manufacturing Engineer Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across Engineering, Production, and Quality functions. This role maintains a strong presence on the shop floor, working directly with engineers and operators to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. The ideal candidate is a change agent who leads continuous improvement initiatives, implements modern manufacturing strategies, and ensures operational improvements are effectively adopted and sustained.
