Manufacturing Engineer (OEM) – (with Aerospace MRO / OEM experience) (Ref: KH1284)
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
The Job
Create manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials to shipment of finished parts. Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Create CNC code / program for machining Design tooling, fixtures and gauges. Develop special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot peening and Welding etc Conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
