Opportunity Description
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer ready to make a real impact in advanced machining? We’re looking for a hands-on expert to lead the development, programming, and optimization of CNC turning processes supporting high-mix, precision contract manufacturing across aerospace, energy, and industrial markets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize vertical, horizontal, and multi-axis turning processes.
- Create and maintain CNC programs in TopSolid (or equivalent CAM software).
- Design effective tooling, fixturing, and workholding for new and existing jobs.
- Lead process prove-outs, first-article runs, and cycle time improvement projects.
