Job Overview:
Were seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support operations during second shift at our clients aerospace manufacturing facility in Windsor Locks, CT. This role will work directly with shop floor teams to reduce ANDON events, address non-conformance issues, and drive process improvements that improve quality and yield.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience supporting high-mix aerospace production environments, strong communication skills, and a practical understanding of core manufacturing processes including machining, welding, assembly, and inspection.
