About the role The Manufacturing Excellence Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across the global manufacturing engineering organisation. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and cost‑efficiency and turn every opportunity into dollar value.

For this role, the identified candidate is expected to collaborate and participate actively with internal Dyson teams and external partners to test feasibility, provide implementable mass‑manufacturable solutions at the targeted cost and within projected time frame. Additionally, the candidate is expected to review, benchmark, stay updated on the latest manufacturing technology trends, and identify a critical manufacturing technology roadmap that aligns with Dyson’s 3‑5 year project needs and requirements.
