Work closely with multiple manufacturing sites in the Asia Pacific region to ensure consistent, high-level performance and the implementation of best practices.Oversee site performance, providing accurate forecasting, and streamlining production processes.Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that contribute to operational efficiency.Provide support to local plant managers for the daily operations of manufacturing plants, drive positive results concerning production targets, optimal yields, and minimal cost of goods sold (COGS).Guide plants in meeting the quality and CSR requirements of various certification bodies.
