We are seeking a high-caliber Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end production operations within a high-value, precision-driven jewelry manufacturing environment .

This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in gold and diamond production, inventory control, compliance, and loss prevention , capable of building robust operational frameworks while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability.
