Manufacturing Operators (Contract)

This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks in the production process, ensuring finished products match industry standards and customer specifications. Supports developing, building and testing new products and prototypes, and processes for quality and functionality.
• Operates equipment either from a remote operations center or internally in the factory, collects and evaluates operating data to conduct online equipment adjustments and ensure process optimization.
• Maintains overall production efficiency of assigned tools/modules, and optimizes production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.
• Sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with GMP and SOP.
