Opportunity Description
Manufacturing Planning Manager – Full time, permanent – Located at our Manufacturing facility in Etobicoke, requiring on‑site presence five days a week.
Pay Range The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and tactical planning and execution of production schedules to meet business requirements and fill‑rate targets.
Lead a team of Manufacturing Planning Analysts, providing mentorship, performance management, and daily guidance to ensure accurate production plans and optimal resource allocation.
Oversee the end‑to‑end production order lifecycle, from creation to release to the Eastside Manufacturing department, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Ensure schedule attainment, identify key risks and opportunities to improve schedule adherence and communicate insights to senior leadership.
