Manufacturing / Production Lead (Engineer / Manager / Supervisor) / Worcester / £35k to 40k D.O.E
Our client is looking for someone who can take ownership of how production operates — improving flow, managing the shop floor, and ensuring orders are delivered effectively. This is not a narrow role. They are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including Production Engineering, Production Management, or Supervisory roles.
