What you’ll need
- Matric (Grade 12) with Maths and Science (Higher Grade pass).
- Diploma in a Technical or Production‑related field.
- Technical or Production‑related Certificate (NQF 5) Trade Test.
- First Line Management Certificate (NQF 5).
- 5+ years in production/maintenance in manufacturing, with 2+ years at supervisory level.
