What you’ll be doing
Lead and manage manufacturing teams.
Analyze operational issues and drive effective solutions.
Work with KPIs, standardization, and Lean tools.
Ensure performance in quality, efficiency, and productivity.
What we’re looking for
2–3 years of experience in
electronics or automotive manufacturing

Hands-on exposure to
Lean Manufacturing
(basic to intermediate: 5S, Kaizen, A3, etc.).
