**Position Summary:**
The Team Lead provides daily coordination, technical leadership, and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production activities. This role partners closely with the Supervisor to meet schedule, quality, and workflow goals while supporting and guiding team members through training, process adherence, and issue resolution.
