Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing Technician Malvern, PA Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 First Shift Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes Prepare machines for a production cycle, including calibration Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift Verify output to detect any machine related mistakes or flaws Create and manage records of approved and defective units Create and maintain activity logs and necessary paperwork Responsible for performing cleanings, inspections and lubrication of assigned machines Meet or exceed Business Performance Targets for Production, Process Reliability Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred (TPM, Lean Manufaturing, 5S, OEE etc) Strong communication and analytical skills, able to problem solve creatively Able to work in a warehouse/manufacture setting Must be able to lift...
