  Excellent working knowledge of various crane operations; Physically fit, excellent vision and hearing; Have precise sense of spatial relationships and the ability to coordinate movements with ground crews; Knowledge and observance of port safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPEs); Able to work long hours in a safety-conscious work environment; Flexible and able to adapt to the working condition and schedule; Able to understand and follow instructions, very good communication skills; Able to read and follow written plans or layout.
