The Marketing Assistant (Customer Service Focus) is responsible for managing and responding to all guest (patient) and client inquiries across multiple communication channels, including calls, text messages, emails, and social media platforms. The role supports the marketing department by ensuring prompt, accurate, and compassionate customer service aligned with the standards of a healthcare/dialysis center. The position also assists in promoting services, maintaining patient engagement, and ensuring a positive overall experience for all potential and existing patients.
